Q:Do you offer overseas service?

We do not have overseas service center, but we can offer overseas service if customer required, engineer will offer face to face service.
Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

We assure 1 year warranty for the main part, also we offer spare part for back up. Please check with sales engineer in detail.

Normally, 30% advance by T/T and balance paid off before delivery.

Q:Why does the glue dispenser always drop?
A:
Drops always happened when valve closed. The reason may be low concentration of glue, big air-pressure or large diameter of needles. Narrow needles will effect the flow of the liquid and cause back pressure. It will lead to dropping when the valve closed. Too narrow needles will effect the drainage of air when valve start to work, but it can be solved if change suitable needles. Conical needles with less back pressure and liquid flow smoothly.
