Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China. You can fly to XIAMEN or FUZHOU International Airport, and we will pick you up. Welcome to visit us!
Q:Can I get samples before placing an order?
A:
Yes, we offer samples to check quality and test the market. You need to bear the sample costs initially, but the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.
Q:How do you ensure product quality?
A:
Quality is our top priority. We have 14 QC staffs and 2 managers overseeing 6 production lines. We follow ISO AQL standards, conduct 100% inspection on cutting and trims, and test materials in our lab. Final inspection is handled by the QC director before shipping.
Q:What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
A:
Sample lead time is about 5-7 days. For bulk items and customized items, production lead time is normally 45-60 days after order confirmation and sample approval. Stock items are arranged within 5 workdays.
Q:Can you produce products based on my own design?
A:
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders. Please provide your design artwork. We can customize size, color, material, and logo. Sample time is 7-10 days, and the fee depends on design and details.
