AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier manufactures food-processing machinery, including soft candy, potato peeling and slicing, yogurt milk, peanut butter, and marshmallow production lines. Reported annual outputs range from 120 to 500 sets by product. It exports to more than 50 countries, with exports stated as 90% of total sales, and has overseas agents or branches. The supplier reports 24/7 after-sales support, extensive customization, OEM and ODM services, and a claimed ability to serve known brands. However, finished-product inspection is performed by packing staff, and no written procedures or records were provided for service-capability assessment or corrective and preventive actions. No overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, or offline trade-show participation was reported. The supplier states that it had no new products in the past year and no available SDK. Certification information and documented customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is positioned as a manufacturer of food-processing machinery, with listed products including candy, potato processing, yogurt milk, peanut butter, and marshmallow production equipment. Its stated annual output for these products indicates manufacturing activity rather than only trading or distribution.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier claims a global sales and after-sales system with 7×24-hour support and reports overseas agents or branches. However, it has no overseas warehouse or showroom, has not participated in offline trade shows, and lacks written procedures or records for service-capability assessment and corrective/preventive actions, weakening the evidence for a formally controlled service system.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual production of 120 soft candy lines, 500 potato peeling and slicing machines, 300 yogurt milk lines, 200 peanut butter lines, and 500 marshmallow lines. It also exports to more than 50 countries and identifies Shanghai or Qingdao as nearby ports, supporting evidence of established production and export operations.

Customization capabilityBoth general design services and R&D services list customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. The supplier also reports OEM and ODM availability, providing explicit evidence of broad customization capability.

Product Q&A

Q:What fruits can this pitting machine process?

It is suitable for many medium fruits such as green plum, plum/prune, apricot, lychee, crabapple, hawthorn, etc. With proper tooling, it can also handle larger fruits like apple, pear, peach, and avocado.

Q:Will the machine damage the fruit flesh or crush the fruit?

The mechanical pitting structure is designed for stable positioning and controlled pitting to reduce flesh damage and keep a cleaner finished appearance.

Q:Can it handle different fruit sizes?

Yes. The machine supports adjustment (such as speed and positioning) to match different fruit diameters and pit locations for more consistent results.

Q:Does it support pitting and segment cutting at the same time?

Optional configurations can integrate pitting and multi-segment cutting in one run, improving efficiency and keeping uniform slices.

Q:What determines the pitting quality and yield?

Fruit ripeness/firmness, size consistency, and correct adjustment (alignment, speed, tooling) are key factors. Sorting fruit by size usually improves yield.
