The external bypass contactor works independently. After motor startup, all load current passes through the contactor instead of thyristors, which greatly reduces heat generation. It features lower maintenance cost: you only need to replace the worn contactor separately without disassembling the whole soft starter, ideal for 24 hour continuous heavy duty operation such as fans, water pumps, crushers and air compressors.

Yes. The standard version is equipped with English LCD interface. We provide OEM & ODM service, which can customize display languages including Spanish, Russian, Arabic and other languages according to your local market demands. Operators can check real-time current, voltage data and fault codes clearly on the screen.
Q:What protection functions does this external bypass soft starter have?
A:
It integrates complete multiple protection functions: over-current, overload, over-voltage, phase loss, overheat protection. Once abnormal status occurs, corresponding fault codes will be shown on LCD instantly, helping you quickly locate and solve equipment failure to avoid motor damage.
