Q:Do I need vulcanizing machine for installation?

No vulcanization or vulcanizing press required. Only an electric drill is needed. Workers can finish splicing on-site, save a lot of downtime and outsourcing vulcanization cost.

Q:What belt thickness / belt ply does this fastener fit?

Suitable for multi-ply fabric rubber conveyor belt (EP canvas belt). Please advise your belt thickness and number of plies, we will recommend matching size for you.

Q:Can it go around small diameter pulley / roller?

Yes. Inner multi-ply EP polyester canvas gives excellent flexibility. Much better bending performance than metal belt fastener, smoothly pass small-size rollers without cracking.

Q:Will the screws cut the belt fabric?

Specially designed self-drilling screws spread belt fibers instead of cutting them. Remain high tensile strength of original conveyor belt.

Q:What is the material?

Outer cover: wear-resistant rubber; inner reinforcement: multi-ply EP polyester canvas; fasteners: stainless steel self-drilling screws.
