AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a limited-company manufacturer of diesel generator sets, with assembling, bending, laser cutting, motor testing, painting, and winding equipment. It offers sample-based customization and has provided OEM services for well-known brands. However, evidence indicates limited organizational scale, with three employees and no cooperative suppliers reported, and only one year of export experience. Service controls are weak: there are no written procedures or records for service-capability assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling. The supplier reports quality assurance and raw-material traceability, but finished products are checked by packing staff and quality-control documentation is verbal. No new products, ODM services, SDK, overseas warehouse, overseas agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation are reported.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly described as a manufacturer and a limited company offering diesel generator sets. It is also reported to have an affiliated company, but no further group structure is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports one-month average lead times in both peak and off-season, but has no overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, overseas agents or branches, or overseas service coverage. Complaint handling lacks written procedures or records, and service-capability assessment and corrective-action controls are also undocumented.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states that it had no new products in the past year, provides no ODM service, and has no available SDK. Although its company description claims innovation-driven operations and technology development services, the specific capability data does not demonstrate current product innovation.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and OEM services for well-known brands. Its company description also states that it offers OEM and ODM customization, although the detailed R&D data separately says ODM service is unavailable; therefore, sample-based customization and OEM capability are supported, while ODM capability is contradictory.
