Stock goods will be shipped out after 100% payment, manufacturing items accept 30% deposit before production, 70% remaining balance before shipment. We accept western union and T/T. Of course if you have friend or shipping agent in china can pay RMB directly, that is welcomed.

Yes. Please contact our sales and show them your design. It's commonly seen that customers choose our model to make their own logo.

Q:Can you accept making sample before bulk order? Can we get sample free?

Yes. No matter one sample or 20 feet container is welcomed. The sample fee and shipping fee will be paid by customers. For some items we will return sample fee back to you when you place bulk order.

Usually stock goods will be led into one week. Manufacturing items depends on exact quantity and complexity of them. But normally 30-45 days. For custom projects, it can take as long as 45-60 days depending on wood sources or weather conditions.
