Q:What are the payment terms?

Price term of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU are acceptable. For bulk order, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Gravity accept T/T, L/C, West Union, Money Gram, Visa, Mater Card and etc.

Q:How is the shipment handled?

If you have forwarder, we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment. Like DHL, UPS, Fedex, and TNT are acceptable.
