Q:Can I get some samples?

Samples are available for testing before official orders if MOQ and terms are acceptable. For personal use or replacement, it is difficult to provide as motors are custom-made with no stock. For samples, no MOQ is required, but keeping quantity low (e.g., no more than 5pcs) is preferred.

Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?

Yes, the MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. We can also accept smaller lots for the initial 3 orders. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement.

Q:What is the lead time for production?

The peak season lead time is one month, while the off-season lead time is within 15 workdays.
