Q:Is it possible to visit your factory?

Yes, you can visit our factory. Please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance so we can check our schedule to see if we are available.

Q:Can I get some samples?

It depends. For personal use or replacement, it is difficult to provide samples as all motors are custom-made with no stock. However, for sample testing before official orders with acceptable MOQ and terms, we can provide samples. There is no MOQ for samples, but keeping the quantity low (no more than 5pcs) is preferred in case changes are needed after initial testing.

Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?

Yes, the MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. We can also accept smaller lots like dozens, hundreds, or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. There is no MOQ requirement for samples.

Q:What is the average lead time?

The peak season lead time is one month, while the off-season lead time is within 15 workdays.
