Q:Is it possible to visit your factory?

Yes, but please keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available then.

Q:Can I get some samples?

It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, it may be difficult as all motors are custom made with no stock. However, if for sample testing before an official order and our MOQ, price, and terms are acceptable, we can provide samples.

Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?

Yes, the MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. We can also accept smaller lots like dozens or hundreds for the initial 3 orders. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement, but keeping it to no more than 5pcs is recommended.

Q:What is the lead time for production?

The peak season lead time is one month, while the off-season lead time is within 15 workdays.
