Q:Is it possible to visit your factory?

Sure. But please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available then.

Q:Can I get some samples?

It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, it will be difficult as all motors are custom made with no stock. For sample testing before official order with acceptable MOQ and terms, we can provide samples. No MOQ for samples, but less is better (like no more than 5pcs) in case changes are needed.

Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?

Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. We can also accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds, or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement.

Q:What is the lead time for production?

Peak Season Lead Time is one month. Off Season Lead Time is within 15 workdays.
