Q:Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

Sure, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. For digital art, we prefer PC files saved in CorelDRAW (.cdr), Photoshop (.psd), or Illustrator (.ai), though jpg and pdf files are also acceptable. Please convert text to outlines or include font files.

Q:What is your terms of payment?

Sample cost is prepaid prior to sampling. For mass production, 30% deposit is required before production, and the balance is prepaid after inspection before shipment. We accept monthly payments for stable customers, PAYPAL for small amounts, and T/T for large amounts.

Q:What is the lead time?

Sample lead time is 5~10 days upon receipt of sample/artwork and advanced payment. Production lead time is 30~40 days upon receipt of approval of the pre-production sample and advanced payment. Specific delivery time depends on items and order quantity.

Q:What are your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, C&F, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
