Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. For digital art, we prefer CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or Illustrator files, though JPG and PDF are acceptable. Please convert text to outlines or include font files.
Q:What are your terms of payment?
A:
Sample costs are prepaid. For mass production, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance paid after inspection before shipment. We accept monthly payments for stable customers, PayPal for small amounts, and T/T for large amounts.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:
Sample lead time is 5-10 days after receiving sample/artwork and payment. Production lead time is 30-40 days after approving the pre-production sample and making the advanced payment. Specific times depend on items and quantity.
Q:What are your terms of delivery?
A:
We accept EXW, FOB, and C&F. You can choose the term that is most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q:How to solve quality problems after sales?
A:
