Q:Can I get samples?

Sure! Usually we could provide existed sample free of charge. But if you need the customized samples, it needs a little printing mould cost. And if you do not have courier account, you can pay it to us, then we will arrange the shipment for you.

Q:How long is lead time of sample?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you need the customized samples, it takes 5 to 7 days to make it.

Q:How long is the production lead time?

It takes 15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q:What format of file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
