AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates broad product-development and customization capabilities, including 3D software design, ODM, OEM, SDK availability, and multiple customization levels. It holds ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 certifications, and reports inventory capability, participation in the Berlin Rail Transit Exhibition, and international sales and support. However, it lacks written procedures or records for corrective actions and complaint handling, has no approved supplier list, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, overseas agent or branch, and no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with an associated subcontractor. The supplier reported no new products in the past year. Evidence of customer cases is limited: it states no Fortune 500 cooperation but reports an 80%–100% repeat-buyer preference.

Supplier typeThe supplier presents itself as an international sales and support provider offering product selection, customization, after-sales support, technical consultation, testing, ODM, OEM, and SDK-related services. It also reports in-stock capability, but lacks overseas branches, agents, warehouses, showrooms, and a valid manufacturing-capacity contract with an associated subcontractor.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 management-system certifications. These certifications provide explicit evidence of formal quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems.

After-Sales capabilityThe company description states that its international sales team supports product selection, customization, and after-sales service. However, the supplier has no written procedures or records for handling customer complaints or corrective and preventive actions, which is an explicit weakness in documented service management.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports 10 R&D engineers, ODM services, SDK availability, 3D software design, and capabilities to develop, test, and inspect testing equipment. However, it also states that no new products were launched in the past year, so the evidence supports technical development capability but not recent product innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier reports inventory capability and proximity to Nansha Port, and it has participated in an offline trade exhibition. Nevertheless, there is no valid contract covering manufacturing capacity between the factory and an associated subcontractor, while the slices provide no complete production-capacity metrics.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers 3D software design and customization from samples, designs, minor customization, full customization, and flexible customization. Its stated ODM, OEM, product-selection, and customization support further indicate broad customization coverage.
