For coating machine normally 100-120 days include blank run (3-4 months); for slitting/rewinding/cutting machine 45 days.

Does your machine include installation and commissioning services?

Yes, of course. When coating machine delivered to your factory, we will send our technicians (at least two people) to your factory for machine installation and debugging as well as training your operators and teach them for machine daily care and maintenance, period of time about 20-30 days.

What is the warranty period of your machine?

12 months from the date of delivery.

Does your machine have after-sale service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, definitely. We will set up an after-sale service group, if machine have any issue in production, you can give us feedback in time, we will support you immediately. If need technicians go machine site again out of warranty period, you need to undertake the fee of round-trip air tickets and accommodation & meals etc.
