AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier manufactures and sells electronic, electromechanical, photovoltaic, and battery-related products. It has documented service procedures, complaint-handling and corrective-action processes, in-stock capability, and overseas service experience in South Korea covering installation, debugging, maintenance, repair, and training. Production resources include assembly, battery sorting, soldering, CNC, testing, terminal processing, and printing equipment, with stated customization from designs and samples. Innovation evidence includes collaboration with universities, customer research institutes, and international organizations on BMS and cell-balancing technologies, as well as external recognition for technology and innovation. ISO 9001:2015 certification and regular fire drills are reported. Limitations include no available SDK, no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and no factory environmental impact assessment...
Supplier typeThe supplier appears to be a manufacturer and seller of electronic, electromechanical, photovoltaic, and battery-related products. Its stated facilities and battery-management research activities support classification as an electronics and battery-system manufacturer rather than only a trading company.
CertificationsThe supplier reports holding an ISO 9001:2015 certificate. This is explicit certification evidence, although no other certifications are identified in the provided slices.
After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written and followed procedures for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints. It provides overseas installation, debugging, maintenance, repair, and training in South Korea and has in-stock capability, but lacks overseas warehouses and overseas agents or branches.
R&D capabilityThe supplier reports collaboration with universities, customer research institutes, and international organizations on BMS and cell-balancing technologies, and external recognition for technology and innovation. However, it explicitly reports no available SDK, which limits evidence of software-development support.
Production capacityProduction resources include assembly, lithium-battery sorting, semi-automatic and automatic soldering, CNC engraving and milling, charge-discharge testing, servo terminal processing, and printing. The supplier also reports inventory capability and 40 qualified service-capability suppliers, but has no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors.
Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from customer designs and from samples. This directly demonstrates both design-based and sample-based customization capability.

Product Q&A

Q:What is the actual usable capacity? Is it overstated?
A:
Our LFP 12V 100A SUPER SLIM battery has a nominal capacity of 100Ah (12.8V, 1280Wh), using genuine Grade-A cylindrical LiFePO4 cells. Actual usable capacity depends on discharge current, temperature, and depth of discharge. Under the recommended 50A discharge at 25 degree Celsius, it delivers close to 100Ah. We do not overstate capacity, and our BMS ensures cell consistency.
Q:How is the internal build quality? Will there be loose cells or rattling sounds?
A:
GSP has over 20 years of battery manufacturing experience and ISO9001:2015 certification. Our production uses automated equipment and modular lean lines. This model uses cylindrical cells secured with rigid brackets and a vibration-damping design, with insulation between the BMS and cells. There will be no internal looseness or rattling after shipping. If your unit rattles, contact us immediately for replacement.
Q:How many batteries can be connected in parallel? Are there limitations for capacity expansion?
A:
The catalog does not specify a maximum parallel number, but based on BMS design, we recommend no more than 4 batteries of the same model and similar aging (total 400Ah). For larger banks (6-8 units), please contact us for our Master series with active balancing or an external balancer. When paralleling, ensure that the initial voltage difference between each battery is less than 0.2V, and use equal-length, adequately gauged cables.
Q:Why is there such a large price difference among 100Ah batteries on the market? What makes GSP batteries more expensive?
A:
The price differences come from: 1) Cell grade (we use genuine Grade-A new cylindrical cells, not Grade-B or recycled cells); 2) BMS quality (developed with universities, featuring active/manual balancing, and selected as "Best Technology Company" by the Korean NICE evaluation for three consecutive years); 3) Enclosure and process (full steel case, automated welding, ISO9001 management); 4) True capacity and cycle life (2,000+ cycles). Budget batteries often lose capacity or fail completely with
