We implement a 3-Stage Quality Control process: Raw Material Inspection using certified steel; In-Process Inspection monitoring welding and drilling; and Final Inspection with 100% checks on dimensions and galvanization thickness. We also provide video/photos of the inspection for your approval.

Yes. Our products are manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as ANSI/TIA-222, ASTM, BS, DIN, and GB. We can also arrange third-party inspections by SGS, BV, or Intertek at your request.

Generally, it takes 15-25 working days after receiving the deposit and finalizing the drawings. For urgent orders, please contact us, and we will check our production schedule to prioritize your project.

How do you pack the towers for shipping to prevent damage?

Steel Poles are packed in bundles with nylon straps and separated by soft mats. Tower Parts are packed in steel frames or bundles, clearly marked with item numbers. We use plastic caps on threaded parts to protect them during transit.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard term is 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% balance before shipment (or against the copy of B/L). For large projects, we can discuss L/C at sight or other flexible terms to support your cash flow.
