We implement a 3-Stage Quality Control process: Raw Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final 100% inspection on dimensions and galvanization thickness. We also provide video/photos of the inspection.

Yes. Our products are manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as ANSI/TIA-222, ASTM, BS, DIN, and GB. We can also arrange third-party inspections by SGS, BV, or Intertek.

Generally, it takes 15-25 working days after receiving the deposit and finalizing the drawings. For urgent orders, we can prioritize your project based on our production schedule.

Steel poles are packed in bundles with nylon straps and soft mats. Tower parts are packed in steel frames or bundles with item numbers. Plastic caps are used on threaded parts to protect them during transit.

Our standard term is 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% balance before shipment (or against the copy of B/L). For large projects, we can discuss L/C at sight or other flexible terms.
