16 Ton Qd Double Girder Overhead Crane for Workshop

A single girder overhead crane has one main beam and suits 1-20 ton light to medium duty. A double girder overhead crane uses two box-type girders with the trolley running on top, offering higher lifting height, larger span, stronger rigidity, and capacity from 5 ton up to 500 ton. For heavy-duty and continuous operation, double girder is the reliable choice.

We supply double girder bridge cranes from 5 ton to 500 ton, with spans from 10.5m to 35m and lifting height up to 30m. All parameters are customized based on your workshop drawings.

QD type follows Chinese GB standard, robust structure and cost-effective, ideal for general workshops and steel mills. European type is lighter, more compact with lower headroom and higher precision, suitable for limited space and frequent positioning work.

Our double girder overhead cranes cover A3 to A7 duty class. A3-A4 fits occasional use like maintenance workshops; A5-A6 fits regular production lines; A7 is for continuous heavy-duty operation such as foundries and steel mills.
