EMP 51N07 is non surface treated hydroxypropyl methylcellulose HPMC tailored for high performance grout and under layer self leveling mortar.
It can effectively suspend coarse aggregate inside self leveling mortar to prevent particle settlement and keep homogeneous mortar system.
It maintains favorable flow degree and proper operable time to satisfy construction requirements of self leveling floor mortar.
It reduces mortar shrinkage and decreases water secretion, improving surface finishing effect after mortar hardening.
It enhances wear resisting performance of finished mortar layer and prolongs service life of floor construction.
It delivers low strong thickening efficiency low strong sag resistance high wetting properties medium heat stability and low water demand.
Appearance is fine white powder without surface treatment. Viscosity ranges 10000 to 20000cps under Brookfield RVT two percent solution test.
Recommended dosage is 0.10 percent to 0.15 percent of cementitious material weight.
It features good compatibility with all Portland cements and gypsum based products, and works well with full Sidleychem admixture series.
It is non hazardous and not classified as dangerous goods for transportation. Complete safety operation information can be found in corresponding HPMC MSDS document.
