MP-H16n20 HPMC for Tile Adhesive and Masonry Mortar

MP-H16N20 is high viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose cellulose ether for construction dry mix mortar systems.

It delivers excellent wetting performance and significantly extends working time of tile adhesive for better site operability.

It features high wetting properties medium heat stability and medium water demand to match tile adhesive and masonry mortar formulas.

Appearance is fine white powder without surface treatment. Viscosity ranges from 60000 to 70000cps under Brookfield RV test condition.

Moisture content is controlled no more than 5.0 percent to guarantee stable performance during storage and application.

Recommended dosage accounts for 0.20 percent to 0.50 percent of cementitious material weight. Pre-test must be carried out according to raw materials and construction specifications.

It shall be fully pre-mixed with other dry powder components during dry mortar production. Operators shall wear gloves and avoid eye contact during material handling.

It keeps good compatibility with all Portland cements and gypsum-based products. It also works with full Sidleychem admixture series and needs separate feeding.

Packed in 25 kilogram or 55 pound paper bags. Store in original sealed package within dry clean environment away from heat sources.
