RDP 66153 is high hardness VAE based redispersible polymer powder serving as binder for various dry mix mortar systems.

It delivers high strength and outstanding weather resistance, retains extremely high bond strength under high temperature and intense UV exposure conditions.

It features excellent bonding strength improved water resistance and enhanced mortar flexibility for exterior construction mortar formulas.

It is widely applicable for tile adhesives repair mortar and EIFS bonding mortar for outdoor construction projects.

Appearance is white powder. Bulk density ranges 500 to 700 gram per litre. Moisture content is controlled no more than 2.0 percent. Polyvinyl alcohol works as protective colloid.

Solids content reaches no less than 98 percent. Minimum film forming temperature is 0 degree Celsius and Tg value is 12 degree Celsius.

Recommended dosage is 0.8 percent to 1.5 percent of cementitious material weight. Fully mix with other dry raw materials with suitable production equipment.

Avoid excessive temperature rise during mixing. Overheating may cause thermoplastic agglomeration of polymer powder.

It is compatible with all Portland cements gypsum based products and all Sidleychem admixtures and should be added separately into mixing system.
