RDP-7028 is cost-effective VAE-based powder produced by spray-drying vinyl acetate-ethylene emulsion.

White powder appearance, bulk density 500-700g/l.

Adopts polyvinyl alcohol as protective colloid, MFFT 0 temperature, Tg value 3 temperature.

Features excellent bonding strength and outstanding film-forming performance for dry-mix mortar systems.

Improves mortar water resistance and enhances flexibility of tile adhesive, repair mortar and EIFS bonding mortar.

Compatible with Portland cement, gypsum-based materials and Sidleychem series admixtures, add separately during mixing.

Recommended dosage:0.8-1.5% based on the weight of cementitious raw materials.

Avoid excessive temperature rise during mixing to prevent powder agglomeration caused by thermoplastic property.

For hand mixing, let fresh mortar slake 5 minutes then re-stir for better dispersion effect.
