We use full penetration welding combined with automatic and manual welding. All welds are polished flat with no burrs or protrusions, making the inner wall smooth enough to eliminate dust hanging and bridging.
Q:How to choose the proper cage material and anti-corrosion treatment for different working conditions?
A:
We provide 4-12mm carbon steel plates for selection based on your ash load and system negative pressure. Thickened steel structure greatly reduces deformation, bulging and cracking risks, no ash leakage during long-term operation.
