Q:What is the delivery time of the custom mold?

The delivery time depends on the complexity and cavity number of the mold. For conventional simple molds, the delivery time is 15-25 days; for complex molds or multi-cavity molds, the delivery time is 25-40 days. We will confirm the specific delivery time with you after receiving your drawings.

Q:What mold steel do you use? Can we choose the mold steel?

We mainly use high-quality S136, H13, 45# steel, which has good hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. You can choose the appropriate mold steel according to your product material, production volume and quality requirements, and we will give professional suggestions.

Q:What is the payment method?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal and other payment methods. For custom molds, 40% advance payment is required to start production, and the balance is paid before delivery; for large orders, the payment method can be negotiated.

Q:How to solve the mold fault during use?

We provide 24-hour online technical support. You can contact us by email, online consultation or video call, and our technicians will guide you to solve the fault. If the fault cannot be solved online, we will send technicians to repair it (within the quality guarantee period, the repair is free of charge, excluding transportation expenses).
