Q:What is the material of your Sandwich Valve?

The material of our Sandwich Valve is Q345B or Q345R Carbon Steel as per standard GB/T1591-2008. Q345B is the good material which is widely used for pressurized vessel in China.

Q:Why you can't make Sandwich Valve with the material ASTM A694?

ASTM A694 is the American standard steel which is not widely used in China and the annual usage is very small. But Q345B Steel is widely used in China for Sandwich Valve, Stopple Fitting and etc and annual usage is big. So it's impossible for us to purchase this American standard steel to make Sandwich Valve.

Q:What about your warranty period? Can I return goods to you if we are not satisfied?

We provide three year warranty for the quality of our products. Sandwich Valve should be fixed on the pipeline as per our installation instruction. No responsibility will be taken for damage due to incorrect installation. Returns will be only accepted only if our product provde to be defective
