How are the machines packed for shipping?

Packing method can be required by buyers. Normally, for LCL, we provide wooden crate packing or wooden frame packing; for FCL, some machines are packed by foam and some are packed by wooden frame, it depends on the machines.

What is your warranty policy?

The warranty period is 12 months on main components [wear parts and human damage are not excluded], and spare parts are supplied with the order or on request. When the buyer has any issue with the machine, we offer video calls to troubleshoot.
