Q:How does the anti drip nozzle work?
A:
A special valve closes instantly after each filling, cutting the liquid flow cleanly. No drops remain on the pouch mouth, so the seal area stays dry, sealing is firm, and the film surface stays clean without sticky residue or waste.
Q:What liquids can this machine pack?
A:
It is designed for fresh milk, yogurt drink, collagen jelly, juice, sauce and other free-flowing liquid foods. Piston pump filling keeps the dose stable. For paste or high-viscosity material, please send a sample for a free test first.
Q:What pouch shape does it make?
A:
It makes three-side seal stick pouches with neat corners, ideal for single-serve retail packs. Pouch length is adjustable on the touch screen. If you need back seal or round corner bags, tell us and we can customize the machine.
Q:What is the filling accuracy and range?
A:
The piston pump fills 50-250ml per pouch with stable accuracy, usually within your required tolerance. For fresh milk, common pack sizes are 50ml, 100ml and 200ml. We confirm accuracy with a free sample test before delivery.
Q:Is the machine food grade and easy to clean?
A:
All parts contacting liquid are made of SUS304 stainless steel, food safe and corrosion resistant. The filling unit can be disassembled quickly and rinsed in minutes, avoiding residue and cross-contamination between batches. CE certified, one year warranty.
