This vertical packing machine uses back seal sachet forming. The sealing temperature can be precisely controlled to avoid leakage of mixed grains and keep tidy seal edges.
Q:Which packaging film can work with this equipment?
A:
It fits most common plastic composite films for food. If you use special packaging materials, you can send film samples, and we will test and adjust the machine parameters in advance.
Q:Can I make different pouch sizes on one machine?
A:
Within a certain size range, the bag length and width can be adjusted by replacing forming mould. Ultra-large or ultra-small sachets need non-standard customized mould.
Q:What is the normal packing speed range?
A:
The stable running speed is 25-60 bags per minute. The actual output will be affected by bag size, material fluidity and target filling weight.
