Automatic Back Seal Small Rice Granule Pack Machine

This machine is specially engineered for dry granular food. Apart from all types of rice (indica rice, japonica rice, brown rice), it also works well with millet, oats, quinoa, black rice and mixed multi-grains. It only fits dry, oil-free solid granules. Do not load wet rice or liquid/sauce-containing ingredients directly, as wet materials will stick to the measuring cups, ruin weighing accuracy and weaken sealing performance.

The machine is compatible with single-layer PE film and food-grade composite film, which are widely adopted in rice packaging factories. Ultra-thin fragile film and breathable non-woven fabric are not recommended because tiny rice grains will leak through gaps. The film roll width is adjustable from 50mm to 180mm, matching most standard small rice sachets and outer retail bags on the market.

The machine only occupies 0.6 square meters of floor area, equipped with universal rolling casters for easy movement anywhere in the workshop. We suggest leaving a 60cm clearance around the machine for convenient film roll replacement and hopper cleaning. The overall height is moderate, so any factory or retail packing shop with ceiling height over 2.2 meters can install it without extra construction work.
