The built-in date coding device prints production date and batch number on the sealing area of pouch. Parameters can be set on touch screen.

Is it easy to clean after changing different products?

All material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel and can be disassembled quickly. The agitator hopper and filling pump can be cleaned easily between sugar, salt or sauce batches to avoid cross contamination.

Can the machine handle both granule and sauce on the same machine?

Yes. The machine body and rotary system are the same. You only need to change the filling station: use multihead weigher or measuring cup for granule, use pneumatic three-way valve pump or piston filler for sauce. We can customize according to your main product.

Premade pouch packing machine uses pre-made pouches such as doypack, zipper pouch and flat pouch. The machine picks up bags, opens them, fills materials, seals and outputs finished pouches. It is different from vertical VFFS machine which forms pouch from film roll. Premade pouch machine offers better pouch appearance and supports zipper bags.

This machine is designed for granule and food products such as sugar, salt, spice granules, nuts, beans and dried fruit. With the pneumatic three-way valve pump and agitator hopper shown in your sample, it can also fill sauce, paste and thick liquid. Different filling heads can be changed according to your product.
