Automatic Rice Grain Back Seal Packing Machine

It packs long-grain, short-grain, glutinous rice, broken rice and mixed grains into sealed bags. The cup filler adjusts to different grain sizes and flow rates. For very large or heavy bags, we can customize the forming tube and filler for your exact needs.

The machine makes retail packs and family-size bags with adjustable bag length and width. Typical rice packs range from 500g to 5kg, and larger bulk sizes are available on request. Changing the bag size takes only a few minutes with the servo-driven forming system.

Yes, the sealing pattern can be designed with your brand name or a custom texture for a premium look. The pattern is engraved on the sealing jaws, and different patterns can be made for different products. This helps your rice bags stand out on retail shelves.

The back seal is pressed firmly by servo-controlled sealing jaws, and the forming tube guides the film into a tight closure. Even fine and broken rice stays inside without leakage. Every machine is tested with rice before shipment.

The volumetric cup filler gives consistent cup-by-cup dosing with typical accuracy within 2g for rice. For stricter weight control, an optional weighing system can be added. We confirm the actual accuracy with your rice sample before delivery.
