The auger dosing system uses a precision screw rotated by a servo motor to measure powder by volume. Each full rotation dispenses a fixed amount of powder, and the number of rotations is programmed on the touchscreen to achieve the target filling weight.

Back seal provides a stronger, more reliable seal for powder products because the seal area runs vertically along the back of the pouch, away from the product-filled area. This reduces the risk of powder contamination at the seal and minimizes leakage, making it ideal for fine powders.

Yes, full customization is available. The standard configuration supports bag widths from 30mm to 150mm and lengths from 50mm to 200mm. Beyond round corner back-seal pouches, we can also configure the machine for stick packs, three-side seal sachets, or other pouch styles to match your product requirements.

The standard machine operates on 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase power, 50/60Hz, with total power consumption of 2.5 to 3.5kW. Pneumatic functions require a compressed air supply of 0.6 to 0.8 MPa, with a minimum air flow of 0.3 cubic meters per minute.

Common wearing parts include heating elements, cutting blades, film transport belts, auger seals, and silicone rubber pads. These typically last 6 to 12 months depending on production volume. We include a spare parts kit with each machine and supply all wearing parts at factory cost price for future replacement.
