The machine adopts anti-blocking hopper structure. For good fluidity granulated sugar, it can keep continuous feeding. If your sugar has moisture, please keep raw material dry before production.
Q:What thickness of paper film can this sugar packing machine adapt to?
A:
It supports common paper film within 0.03-0.08mm. You can send us your paper film sample, we can test and optimize machine parameters for you.
Q:How to reduce bag reject rate when packing sugar with paper film?
A:
Adjust sealing temperature and film pulling speed on touch screen. Proper temperature can avoid paper film burning or insufficient sealing for finished sachets.
Q:Can I switch between paper film and composite film frequently on one machine?
A:
Yes you can. You only need to modify sealing temperature parameter on touch screen, no need to replace extra mechanical spare parts.
Q:What problem may happen if the granulated sugar contains tiny lumps?
A:
Sugar lumps will affect filling accuracy. We suggest you sieve raw material before feeding to get stable sachet weight.
