This machine is designed for low viscosity flowing liquids including drinking water juice vinegar and other beverages. For high viscous liquid such as honey shampoo thick sauce you need to change the filling pump as optional configuration.

Standard filling range is 5ml to 200ml. We can adjust mechanical structure if you need special volume beyond this scope.

Yes. Pouch length can be set directly on touch screen. Pouch width depends on sealing mould. Different mould should be replaced for different pouch width.

Stable working speed reaches 45 to 60 sachets per minute. Actual speed will be slightly affected by liquid property film material and finished sachet size.

Equipped with stable heat sealing structure. Leakage seldom happens under correct parameter setting. We suggest doing film test before mass production to confirm sealing temperature.
