Q:What kind of powder materials can this auger filling packing machine process?
A:
It is specially designed for super-fine powder such as ganoderma spore powder and pine pollen. It also works for other herbal fine powder, health supplement powder and food fine powder. Granular-mixed powder is also acceptable, but large lumpy materials are not recommended.
Q:Does this machine solve the dust flying issue for ultra-fine spore powder?
A:
Yes. The screw auger feeding structure adopts anti-leakage design to reduce powder floating during filling. It greatly lowers powder dust escaping, keeps the workshop clean and cuts raw material waste caused by flying dust.
Q:Are the powder-contact parts food-grade standard?
A:
All parts touching spore powder adopt 304 stainless steel, which meets food-hygiene requirement for health-care herbal powder production. Easy to disassemble for daily cleaning.
Q:Is it easy to switch between different sachet sizes?
A:
Yes. You can modify bag length, speed and filling weight directly on PLC touch screen. When changing bag width, only simple parts adjustment is required, no complicated re-calibration work.
Q:What after-sales support do you provide for overseas buyers?
A:
We supply English operation manual, wiring diagram and remote video technical guidance. Spare parts will be offered at factory cost price after warranty period. On-site overseas service is negotiable.
