Servo Clamp Pull Granule Packer for Chili Spice Round Pouches

This machine adopts thickened servo clamp pull film structure, which has stronger traction force. Large chili fragments and coarse pepper particles will not block the film delivery channel during filling. Ordinary vertical machines easily suffer film deviation and bag breakage when packing hard coarse spices. Meanwhile, the widened feeding hopper avoids bridging and material blockage of large granular condiments.

It supports fully customized strip pouch parameters besides standard chili spice sachets. We can adjust pouch length, width, round corner radian and back seal width according to your demand. Whether you need 10g small chili powder bags or 30g coarse pepper granule strips, the PLC touch screen can modify all bag sizes without replacing complicated molds.

It is equipped with fully enclosed filling and sealing cabin. When coarse chili and pepper fall into the pouch, the internal air suction structure absorbs floating dust inside the machine instead of spreading to the workshop. The sealed back seal mold also prevents fine spice powder from overflowing the seal edge, keeping your processing workshop clean and reducing raw material waste.

All parts contacting spices adopt quick-disassembly design without special tools. The feeding hopper, metering trough and clamp pull film mold can be disassembled within 5 minutes for full water washing. The 304 food-grade stainless steel surface is smooth and not easy to adhere greasy chili residues, greatly cutting the time of flavor switching compared with traditional integrated granule machines.

Matching servo quantitative metering system specially optimized for irregular coarse granules, the filling error is controlled within 0.2g for 1-50g condiment bags. Unlike general measuring cups which cause large errors for uneven chili chunks, this metering structure can stably distribute coarse pepper and chili fragments, avoiding excessive raw material loss caused by overweight bags.
