This machine is specially designed for nipple shape round corner strip sachets. The independent rounded-corner punch creates smooth clean round edges, ideal for honey and thick paste sample sachets.

It works well for high viscosity liquid and paste materials including honey, fruit jam, peanut butter, tomato sauce, oral syrup and cosmetic essence. The insulated silo keeps temperature stable for temperature sensitive paste.
Q:What is the advantage of double magnetic pump filling structure?
A:
Equipped with two magnetic drive pumps for simultaneous filling. This double outlet design greatly increases hourly output, while maintaining high filling accuracy for thick viscous materials.
Q:Can I adjust filling volume and bag length freely?
A:
Yes. All working parameters can be modified on the PLC touch screen. Filling dosage, pouch length and packing speed can be adjusted according to your finished bag requirements.
Q:Is the machine easy to clean between different products?
A:
The parts touching materials are food grade 304 stainless steel. Magnetic pump structure can be quickly disassembled for washing, effectively avoid cross contamination between different materials.
