This machine is designed for free-flowing and slightly sticky powders, such as coffee powder, protein powder, spices, seasonings and chemical powders. The screw filling system handles fine and coarse powder consistently. If you have a special powder, we can test it with your sample before ordering.

Reciprocating sealing applies even pressure on both sides of the film, producing flat, firm and airtight seals. Compared with rotary sealing, it is more stable and reduces the risk of leaking fine powder, which is especially important for powder products.

The high-precision screw filler keeps weight consistent with minimal deviation, usually within plus or minus 1-2 percent. This reduces product giveaway and keeps every pouch at the same weight. We can test your actual powder to confirm the exact tolerance before shipment.

The packing speed is about 30-60 bags per minute, depending on the powder characteristics and pouch size. Fine, free-flowing powder generally runs faster. The speed is adjustable, so you can match it to your production line.
