Q:What kind of powder materials can this auger filling packing machine process?
A:
It is specially designed for super-fine powder such as ganoderma spore powder and pine pollen. It also works for other herbal fine powder, health supplement powder and food fine powder. Granular-mixed powder is also acceptable, but large lumpy materials are not recommended.
Q:Does this machine solve the dust flying issue for ultra-fine spore powder?
A:
Yes. The screw auger feeding structure adopts anti-leakage design to reduce powder floating during filling. It greatly lowers powder dust escaping, keeps the workshop clean and cuts raw material waste caused by flying dust.
Q:What filling weight range can this ZD-220F machine achieve?
A:
Standard filling range is 1-100 grams. We can customize the auger screw size if you need smaller or larger weight. Actual accuracy will be slightly affected by powder fluidity of ganoderma spore powder.
Q:What is the normal production speed for ganoderma spore sachets?
A:
Standard speed is 40-60 sachets per minute. Speed will drop a little when filling light, ultra-fine spore powder. The running speed can be adjusted freely on the touch screen according to your production requirement.
Q:What bag styles can this machine produce?
A:
Standard output is back-seal round-corner sachet. It supports optional three-side seal, four-side seal. Cutter can be changed for round-corner, flat cut or serrated cut to get different pouch shapes.
