AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryB-KING is an automotive lighting and electronics manufacturer located in Dashi Town, Panyu, Guangzhou, China. It reports more than 10 years of automotive-lighting production experience, at least four production lines by 2021, broad product output, and extensive export activity, with South America identified as a primary export market and customers reported across multiple regions. The supplier offers OEM, ODM, and sample- or design-based customization. However, its documented R&D resources are limited to one engineer, no SDK is available, and no new products were reported in the previous year. Quality-control test equipment is stated as zero, while quality assurance and traceability status are unknown. Complaint handling and corrective/preventive-action procedures are documented with records. Financial information is limited to references to the years 2021–2023, without substantive financial performance details. Certification, environmental assessment, and fire-drill status are not established in the...

Supplier typeThe supplier is presented as a manufacturer of automotive lighting and related automotive electronics, including LED headlights, jump starters, car cameras, small LED bulbs, and DVRs. It reports at least four production lines and accepts OEM orders, supporting classification as a production-oriented manufacturer rather than only a trading or service company.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a documented customer-complaint procedure with followed records and a corrective/preventive-action mechanism with records. It also reports inventory service capability, but lacks overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, and overseas agents or branches; overall after-sales capability is therefore supported domestically or centrally but not demonstrated as an extensive overseas service network.

R&D capabilityInnovation resources appear limited: the supplier has one R&D engineer, reports no SDK availability, and states that no new products were developed in the past year. ODM services and software-based design drawing are available, but these do not offset the explicit evidence of limited recent product-development activity.

Production capacityThe supplier reports at least four production lines, more than 10 years of automotive-lighting production experience, substantial stated output across five product categories, an off-season lead time within 15 working days, and inventory service capability. These facts support established production capacity, although the quality-control test-equipment count is stated as zero and should be verified before treating production controls as robust.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports OEM service for popular brands and ODM service, indicating broad product-development and manufacturing customization options.

Client casesThe supplier reports long-term relationships with customers in Asia, North and South America, Europe, Oceania, and Africa, and lists customer-market locations including Japan, Australia, Canada, the United States, several European countries, and multiple African countries. These are geographic and relationship claims rather than named, independently verifiable case studies, but they provide explicit evidence of international customer exposure.
