Corrosion prevention: Acidic (acetoxy) silicones release acetic acid during curing. This acid will corrode aluminum frames, copper busbars, and soldered interconnects, leading to premature module failure.
Backsheet compatibility: Neutral cure silicones do not degrade TPT, TPE, or PET-based backsheets-acidic silicones can cause delamination
