Q:What is your payment term?

T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before loading the container. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight, Western Union, Money Gram, and PayPal.
Q:What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

For standard products, we do not have a minimum order quantity requirement.
Q:How is your after-sales service?
A:
We provide 24-hour after-sales service. We offer installation drawings and videos, and can reply to questions in time. We can also send engineers to guide local workers, but the client covers travel, accommodation, food, and salary costs.
