For air cooling types, simply connect power and water to use. For water cooling or split designs, you need to assemble the cooling tower and connect water pipes. We provide manual books and videos for guidance. We can also send an engineer to guide you, provided you cover their visa, tickets, food, and accommodation.
Q:What if I buy your ice machine but cannot find the solution for a problem?
A:
All KOLLER ice plants come with a 12-month full warranty. If the machine breaks down within 12 months, we send parts for free and dispatch a technician if needed. Beyond the warranty, parts and service are supplied at factory cost. Please provide the Sales Contract copy and describe the problem.
