For most product, we have stock and can make fast delivery within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. But for some customized products, we may need around 10-20 working days, pls confirm with your sales before placing order.

We provide one year free spare parts for all the machines, except xaar head. For some special distributor, we provide 18 month guarantee. We also guarantee we sell customers all new machines, not second hand.
