AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryGuangzhou Vectra Bags Co., Ltd is a China-based trading company established in 2022 with five employees and a 260.0 m² manufacturing plant. It supplies handbags, backpacks, totes, and related bags, with 90% of total sales from exports. The company states that it can provide OEM/ODM services, develop samples from customer photos or artwork, and support customized materials, but its formal R&D, OEM, and ODM capability records are marked unknown. An audit was conducted by BV, but the audit result is recorded as 0 and the report expired on 2024-11-29; no current certification status is established. After-sales support is claimed, while quality assurance, traceability, outsourcing controls, overseas services, and customer cases are not sufficiently documented. Financial figures are omitted.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a Trading Company, legally organized as a Limited Company in China and operating from Guangdong. Its five-employee structure indicates a small organization, while the provided classification confirms its business type.

CertificationsA BV audit is documented with a report period from 2023-11-30 to 2024-11-29, but the recorded audit evaluation result is 0 and the report is expired. The slices do not establish a currently valid certification or positive certification outcome.

After-Sales capabilityThe company states that it provides service for after-sales problems, which is direct evidence of a claimed support commitment. However, its formal quality-assurance processes and traceability controls are marked unknown, so the broader after-sales capability is only partially supported.

Customization capabilityThe company explicitly states that it can perform OEM/ODM work and create samples based on customer photos, original samples, artwork, specified materials, or target requirements. It also describes a sample-development process, supporting a positive assessment of customization capability.
