Product Q&A

Q:How do I choose the right generator set for my specific power needs?

We recommend calculating your total load requirement and selecting a generator with a Rated Power that is 10%-20% higher than your actual need to prevent overload. Please send us your equipment list or load details, and our engineers will provide a free, customized sizing solution.

Q:What is the difference between Rated Power and Standby Power?

Rated Power (Prime Power) is the continuous output the generator can safely sustain for long periods. Standby Power (Maximum Power) is the peak output for short-term emergencies (usually up to 1 hour). We strictly adhere to ISO8528 standards and guarantee real-rated power without false advertising.

Q:Can you customize the generator to fit harsh environments (e.g., high salt spray, extreme cold)?

Yes. We offer deep customization based on your local climate. Options include anti-corrosion/salt-spray coatings, extreme cold pre-heating systems, heavy-duty dust filters, and tropical radiators to ensure stable operation in any condition.

Q:What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?

Our core engine and alternator come with a 1-year or 1,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first). We provide 24/7 online technical support, comprehensive installation manuals, video training, and a global spare parts supply chain to ensure rapid response.

Q:What is the fuel consumption rate, and how does it impact my operating costs?

Our generators feature advanced fuel injection technology, achieving an optimal fuel consumption rate of 190-220 g/kW h. This high fuel efficiency significantly reduces your long-term operational costs and carbon footprint compared to traditional models.
