Q:I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?

Our catalog displays most of our products, but not all of them. So, please tell us what products you need and how many you want. If we don't have it, we can also design and make a new mold for your reference. Making a regular mold takes about 25-35 days.

Q:What about your delivery time?

Inventory items will be shipped within 1 day, and customized items will be shipped within 4-5 weeks.

Q:How to ship my order?

For small packages, we will send them through courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS. This is a door-to-door service. For large packages, we can air or sea freight. We use standard export carton, and we will be responsible for any product damage caused during delivery.
